Current Position Instructional Supervisor | Music Teaching & Learning Coach Education Through Music (ETM), in partnership with NYC Department of Education New York, NY · 2026–Present
  • Provide instructional coaching, mentorship, and supervision to a cohort of 25 music educators across 25 NYC schools in all five boroughs.
  • Lead teacher development through pre-observation conferences, classroom observations, video analysis, data collection, reflective coaching, and goal setting.
  • Coach educators in standards-aligned, culturally responsive instruction through lesson planning, curriculum development, and differentiated instructional support.
  • Design and facilitate professional development workshops for music educators.
  • Support teachers in developing standards-aligned learning objectives, formative assessments, and student-centered instructional practices.
  • Collaborate with school leaders, ETM staff, and NYC Department of Education stakeholders to support teacher development and program execution.

Private & Group Music Instruction

Instruction is offered one-on-one or in groups of any size, in both instrumental and vocal disciplines, designed around each student's or ensemble's goals.

Individualized 30- or 45-minute sessions in instrumental and vocal instruction, tailored to each student's level and goals.

Collaborative sessions for groups of 4–6 students, building skills alongside peers.

Instruction for groups of 6–12 students, balancing individual attention with ensemble dynamics.

Instruction for groups of 12 or more students, ideal for classroom and program-wide settings. Includes ensemble direction and coaching — developing cohesion, musicianship, and performance readiness — with flexible instruction spanning both instrumental and vocal disciplines to meet program needs.
